My Cross Stitch

So many of you have seen my other cross stitch... hmmm not sure I showed you the finished project or not... well I will save it for another day. I don't bead, I don't scrapbook... I don't have the patience for it but yet I LOVE to cross stitch. Here is my latest one that I started around the holidays and I work on it as much as I can.
Can you tell what it is yet??
Here is the pattern... it is a 9 page pattern. I have never done one this large before.
Close up of the pattern.... I mark with highlighters what I have done already. I try to keep the colors seperated so I can see how much I did each day.
Now can you tell what it is??
Maybe this will help??? I bought the pattern on Ebay about 4 years ago when I first brought Winston home. It's scary how much it looks like Heffy though. It will probably take about 6 more months to get it done. I don't tend to do to much in the summer just cause of being out of course. I am almost done with the second page of it, hopefully by the weekend I can start a third page. I so can't wait until I am done with it and I know that Andy doesn't ever look at my blog and even if he did no big deal but I want to frame it and give it to him as a gift. Not sure if it will be for what special day yet. I will update again soon my progress!

From Hef and Winston have a super safe and wonderful St Patrick's day! We aren't doing anything since Andy works until 930p and I have to be up early. That's fine with me though... don't want to be out and about with the snow coming down here this evening!

So we decided it's been a while since we went out. I was done with work by 1:00p, which is every Friday unless we are off and Andy was off from work. We went and saw The Bucket List. The reviews from that were on the movie theater website weren't the greatest but you know we both laughed and cried. It was so good. I will so buy this movie when it comes out. We then went the grocery store and bought dinner for last night and a few other items. We decided to have taco night. It was nice to be cooking together and just having a nice relaxing evening at home.
Today I am going to an Easter Egg hunt with my mom and 2 of my nieces. My parents work has a hunt every year and has for the last 20 years. I will post pics of the event! Then mom and I are going to go look for stuff for our own hunt at their house on Easter Sunday. I really hope the kids mom doesn't have a fit about us having them. I am sure she will tell Andy that it's not his holiday as she does all the time. (he is Jewish) But it is mine (I am Catholic) and it's our weekend. We didn't have them for any of the holidays last year except Andy had them when his family went on the Alaskan Cruise over the 4th. Andy and I have totally talked about if we have a child we are going to teach them both and then let them decide what religion (if any) they want to be.
Anyway... Have a wonderful day... don't drink to many green beers this weekend! ha

Meet Willy!

My sister Carolynn and her family have a new family member! His name is Willy... He is a Newfoundland puppy. They had a beautiful all black one that they had to put down right after Christmas. Brutus had a lot of medical issues and problems with his legs at a year and a half old. The family was totally heart broken and the girls who are 7, 5 and 4 were devastated. So they contacted the breader and they let them pick out a new one and didn't charge them. Brutus was the only puppy they ever had to have these issues and I think it was good of the breeder to give them a new puppy. Most breeders want the dog back or won't replace the dog if you put it down. So meet WILLY! He is going to be HUGE!!! I saw pics of his parents and man oh man they are massive. I love his coloring and I have never seen a Newfie with white on them. I think he is around 12-14 weeks old, I forgot to ask how old he is and already weighs 29 pounds! That is what the pugs weigh now! YIKES!

Sorry they are kind of fuzzy... it was the best I could do with him running around with all the kids! I didn't take any pics of Lily and her missing tooth! But trust me she is so adorable and I will take some pics when we have them in 2 weeks!!

Minneapolis Pet Expo

A couple weeks ago I helped out with our Pug group for the Minneapolis Pet Expo downtown Minneapolis. Our group, THOMP along with Midwest Pug Rescue teamed up and had a booth together. My mom came with me and we checked out a ton of booths before had. I didn't bring either boy since it was such a long day.

So the Friday after I quit my job (at the other place) all of us girls at the dental office (where I work now) went out for my friend Brooke's baby shower. We first started at Pat's house, drank wine, snacked and Brooke opened her gifts. She had a baby girl whose name is Andelyn. Brooke had her there and her husband Dean came to pick up their oldest Aubrie and Andelyn and us girls went out to eat at Bucca Di Peppo. We ate in the kitchen which was really fun watching the food come out and we got to see all the dishes in case we wanted them.

Kids Weekend!

we picked up the kids a little earlier last night... at 4p. Being that Andy is off and well at my new, wonderful and awesome job I am done on Friday's at 1p. We went grocery shopping, came home, made dinner. We then got into a serious game of Monopoly. I bought the other day Monopoly Pixar. It is so cool!!! We played for 4 hours!!!! Finally around 930p Lily was like I am done, I am getting tired. Well thank goodness! We were all getting tired and I was down to $20, kept landing in jail and NO one was landing on my properties. At one point we were taking a break to make rootbeer floats and one of Lily's top front teeth was hanging on by just a bit of skin. She finally pulled it!!! This is her 2nd tooth she has lost and 2nd one here with Dad and I. hehehe so bad...
So today we are going to my sisters house. They brought home their new Newfie puppy yesterday. His name is Willy and I am so excited to see him. I will take pics and post them later. The pup and Lily's smile! Otherwise no big plans for the weekend. I wanted to go to Como Zoo with the kids but it's going to be super chilly.

With what to do about Hef. I love this old man like there is no tomorrow. We are told he is 10 years old, has some joint issues but basically healthy except his heartworm. (he sure doesn't look 10!) I have talked to a few people and I hear mixed advise. But I need more... I don't know what to about his heartworm. I am told that once he goes through the treatment he won't be the same at all and it could even kill him. Let me tell you the procedure in case you do not know. First he has to stay at the vet for 3 days, 2 nights. The first day they take a needle full of arsenic and put it in his right back flank, they monitor him the first night, the second day they take another needle of arsenic and put it in his left back flank again he stays to be monitored. The arsenic then goes through his system to his heart and blood stream to disolve the worms. He then can't run around much or do his puggie play for at least 6 weeks in case he gets a blood clot from the worms disolving since that will kill him. I am leaning towards NOT doing it. Do I realize what I am doing yes. I want to enjoy him while I can the way he is. I want to watch Winston and him run around the house playing with their hedgehogs. I would rather have him have a full life of being a normal pug than go through the treatment. Do I sound selfish? I hope not. I am not going to do it due to money or my own gain. What if I took him in and he didn't make it past the first stage? Or he gets through them but is constantly weak, not playing being "big brother" to Winston. You would never know they weren't raised together. When I first got Hef I told Andy that no matter what even though he is 10, he is coming to our home where he can live the rest of his life with dignity.

Please don't judge me and say that I am a horrible person by NOT taking him but I will consider all constructive critism. I will weigh the pro and cons of all...

But getting better about posting again. I will get some on here this weekend!

So my 2 year agreement was up with Verizon. I was able to upgrade my phone with a credit. I checked it all out and I ended up getting the LG EnV. It's Orange (Tony Stewart orange!) I love how I cvan flip up the side and type like a regular keyboard. It's taking a little time to get used to since I was used to the old flip phone. I am proud to say that both my phones I have bought from them have been free! Gotta love it!

So we have the kids this weekend. Hopefully it will be nice outside so they aren't stuck inside all weekend again. We were all pretty bored last time. We may head over to my parent's house so they can play on the farm for a bit. Or I will take them and the furkids to the park to run around.

It's -10 this morning without the windchill! I have no clue what that even is and don't want to know! ha
My job is going really good. I am going to stay at the office and when our lease is up here we are going to move to the east side of the cities. We are going to try to be in between both of our jobs. Andy figures it will be better for us to drive every other weekend to get the kids further away than me driving an hour a day just one way. We will try to find a place that has a park nice and close and hopefully a 3 bedroom townhome.
Let's see... I went to a dog expo at the Minneapolis Convention Center with my mom on Saturday. I worked it for 3 hours at the Pug Rescue booth. It was pretty fun. Lots of dogs and dressed up dogs... i will try to post pictures tonight!
I better get ready, I have to get my car filled up and then stop at my old job to get something I ordered from my friend Carmen's car. I will take pics and show you all... they are 3 cute little sayings. I want to hang them in our bedroom but we will see... I forgot what they say it's been so long since I ordered them! hahaha silly me! Have a great day!

It's been a while...

This is why I haven't posted... been super depressed and that is so not me.. I am usually a very positive person then all this happened...
So I haven't posted in a while and especially not this for some reason...
I quit my job a week ago. I walked. Was it irresponsible?? Yes and no...
I have never done anything like that in my life and would I recommend it? NO.
BUT... I hated my boss... what else can I say... she made it miserable. All the
backstabbing, favortism, it was ridiculous. She is an ugly ugly person inside and
out. It's hard to work for someone who has no personality. Plus would you
want to work somewhere where your told everything you do is wrong, or try to
voice your thoughts on something and pretty much get pulled into the office to be
told nothing what you said but then be reprimanded for for all the wrong things?
Well I tell you, I was going home crying every single night, I wasn't sleeping, I
dreaded going in. I never thought I would be one of "those people" who walk,
but I did. Do I regret it???? NOT AT ALL... I started back at the dental office
in Hudson. Yes I drive an hour to work but it's so freaking worth it. I haven't
been this happy at a job since I was there 2 years ago. I am pretty sure I am
going to stay there for a while. I love my girls and they don't talk about you
behind your back which is so nice. Oh and with this snow coming in, eh, I may
or may not go in tomorrow and guess what??? I am not going to be talked
about in a mean fashion. OH and it won't go on an attendance record... There
really isn't one... how nice is that

The boys on the ride home... they zonked out the second we got in the car. I am a member of THOMP (The Heart of MN Pug Club) and we get together as much as possible to let the pugs play. Thomp is geared more towards the show dogs, however I have 2 non showing pugs. I was on the board for 2 years and it became way to much... All the fighting and craziness. I won't go into it but I feel that it's falling apart and I may just be part of the regular pug Meet Up in the Twin Cities. This was Hef's first meet up and he loved it. He played and was so good. I am still so amazed that someone could have the heart to give him up. He is such a wonderful dog.

Resolutions...

What I want to get done or NEED to get done for 2008.

1. QUIT SMOKING... It's not a want it's a need. I hate the smell, how much it costs, having to be outside.
2. Get my house de-cluttered.
3. Lose 20 more pounds
4. Get a part time job to help pay for all the new clothes I will need once I drop 20lbs. :)
5. Go to New York to visit Andy's extended family.
6. Go back to Arizona to visit his parents and my cousin.

Am sure I will add to it. It will be interesting to see where I am at in 6 months!

Cross Stitch and Puggies

One of my favorite things in the world to do is Cross Stitch. I started doing it when I was 18 years old. I working at National Car Rental in the call center and I was working 5:30p-2am. At 5pm you could do crafts and such since it's after business hours. Well a girl Jodi who I started with just found out she was pregnant and started making a baby blanket. I thought hmmm, it will give me something to do and looks fun! Now I love the reactions I get when people open up something I made them. The Pattern

Hope everyone had a wonderful evening last night! I had to work and with how sick we both have been, we opted to stay home. I bought a bottle of champibbly and well, we finished it off. I also bought the wine version of Barefoot, Pinot Grigio and we finished that off.... ok ok for not wanting to drink so much... I have a hang over!!!! I am sure its the wine... gots to be the wine!The bad bottle... hehe (it was really really good)

What a week... So I went to work on Wednesday feeling a little achey. Andy was home sick with a bug. Wed night I went to bed at 830p just thinking I was exhausted from the crazy weekend. I woke up my alarm on Thursday, was coughing thinking much of it but felt really out of it. Andy said that is how his began and he didn't think I should go to work. I couldn't even get into the shower I was feeling so yucky. I called into work, went back to bed. I don't even remember Thursday. Andy kept coming in and taking my temp. He called my mom at one point that evening since it was up to 102.8. She had Andy get me into a cool shower to try to get my temp down. Didn't work as planned. I somehow got aspirin down and slept more. My temp didn't break until Friday night. I tell ya, this bug is nasty. Even when I had the flu last winter I don't think it was this bad. I seriously do not remember Thursday at all!!! I am still a little shaky this morning but not as bad feeling. I don't think if I had to, I would be able to work today, that is how bad this is. I am going to throw some chicken, carrots, celery and onion in a crockpot and call it a morning.

This is Superstition Mountain. See all those houses that is part of Dave and Ingrid's neighborhood. This was the sunset on Sunday night. David is my cousin. We grew up living next door to each, we are 16 days apart, graduated high school together, we are more like brother and sister. I have never been down to visit them and Dave comes home whenever he can. He is a Captain for Mesa airlines. We had the greatest time on Sunday with them. They have the most beautiful house it's crazy. I am so proud of him. I love you Dave so dearly it's not funny!!!!

This is what it looked like when we left on Friday... the high was 38 but for MN that's warm this time of the year!!!

I can totally see why my cousin Dave and his wife Ingrid, along with Andy's parents love it out there. We came home to cold and snow and so not happy about it. But I need to get to bed now. I have approx 40 min of work left. I will be FLYING out the door at 10a SHARP! I then have to run to the bank, cash my check, run home, finish getting the puppies ready to leave. My parents are taking Winston and my sister is taking Hefner. We are also taking all of our Christmas presents to my mom's house since on Monday we arrive back in Minnesota at 2:10p. Pretty much heading straight to my parents from the airport. We have to meet Andy's sister and her family at their house by 2:30 and our flight leaves at 4:20p. UGH so much to do so little time. I know I must be crazy to be at work this morning but I hate leaving my desk a mess and with the first of the year coming up I wanted to get more work done. It's crazy here the 1st of the year with new insurances and verifying insurance. I work for a pretty big clinic and we have 4 satellite offices.

We are going to celerate both holidays. Andy is Jewish and I am Catholic, but both non practicing. However we want the kids (and if we have kids) to grow up deciding what they want to be and have the best of both worlds.

So it was a crazy night... Andy drove us around so he was the sober one. We started out downtown Albertille at Gees. My sister wanted to come out and play so she met us at our house. We picked her up and went to Majors. Andy drove Jen and Wayne home and we went downtown St Michael to Corner Bar. We closed that place down, home around 2a then were up chatting until 4am! It was so much fun. Ended up sleeping all day on Sunday. Yesterday was my sisters birthday so we surprised her by all of us being at my parents house for pizza and cake. It was all good!!!!

So we took the boys to my parents house, no one was home though. :( My dad and brother went hunting and mom was at the grocery store. I went over to my Grandma's house where all my stuff is stored. Let me back up a bit. My parents own a 80 acre farm, there are 3 houses on it. My aunt and uncles, my grams and my parents. My grams house is in the middle and she passed away March 2006. Yes the house is standing empty and no I am not living there even though I wish I was... bad subject. ANYWHO, Winston I totally trust off leash on the farm but not Hef yet. I don't know if he will totally run off. But while I was inside getting the tree and my decorations, Andy was out with the boys. He said everywhere the Winston went Hef was following. He almost let him off but didn't. Maybe next time when there is a good foot of snow so they can't run to far! :)

Now my awesome tree. 3 years ago me and the ex were at Home Depot right after Christmas. They had a huge stack of trees that origanally were $89.98 and were marked down to $6.98. YES $6.98!!!!!! I asked the sales guy what was wrong with it, if it was a Charlie Brown tree... ha he said no it's just that they can't send them back and they have so many, they need to get rid of them. I was still skeptical until 2 years ago we put it up. It is still my absolute purchase I ever bought. When I was moving out, I MADE SURE I grabbed my tree!!! hahaha So this was the first year putting it up in two years. I found a ton of decorations that are the ex's that I am sending to his sister. Being they were their grandpa's. He told me he didn't want them but I don't feel right keeping them and don't want to throw them away. If they do, that is their choice, but I know I am making the right decision by sending them back.

Going to a tupperware party at my sisters today then tonight going out to celebrate my best friend Jen's husbands 30th birthday. Eh gads... the drinks will be flowing!

Ok so I totally forgot to tell you about how the kids reacted to the new family member. Well Andy went to pic them up while I had Hef at the vet. All he told the kids is that I had a surprise for them. I guess Hugh guessed another pug right away but Andy told him no. The things that they were asking Andy said when he walked in the door he pointed at the vaccuum sitting there and said that's your surprise. HA of course the kids didn't buy it. Well I called Andy when I got out of the vet office. It's literally a block from our house. Andy said out loud I will see you in 10 min when I was already in the driveway. I walk in the house and everyone was in the kids room. I let Hef run in off his leash. Hugh's reaction was the best. He come flying out of the room, asking what the surprise is, while Hef is sniffing at his feet already. He looks on the couch sees Winston, looks down, sees Hef, he keeps this up a few times and just dropped to his feet to play with Hef. It was priceless. We got them good. They so couldn't tell them apart at first it was so funny. But they are very happy with Hef!!!!

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful turkey day... I know we did. We went to my aunt and uncles house and ate a ton. This was the only pic taken and it was from my dad's phone. As you can see I was wearing my Packer jersey. WHOO HOO Packers!! They won! We didn't bring the boys with being it would have been to much with all of us. Today we are putting up our Christmas tree and doing a lot of cleaning. I didn't go shopping today like I usually do. One of the malls, Albertville outlet, opened at 12:01am. I guess traffic was at a stand still on 94. ugh, no thank you.

Well I want to start organizing before I go and get my tree from my parents house! Have a wonderful day!

Ugly first... still no home computer. Have to do this at work... :( Yes I am crazy being here at 630AM!!! I want to make up hours so I don't use all my PTO for Turkey day and Friday.

The good/bad.... Hef is good! The vet checked him out and except his heartworm he is in good health. The bad.. The heartworm... the vet told me how it is done and what to expect. It's a very very scary process. After the holidays we will be getting him in to get started. That is when they will assess what stage he is at.

Off to a baby shower today! I forgot my camera at home so I won't be able to take any pics... *POUT*. But I will take lots of the kids this weekend and the puppies!

My divorce was finalized yesterday. I hated that I had to go to court to get it done. Wisconsin law requires it. Had to face him in court but it was done very quickly. We were done with in 20 min. Now for the fun with changing my name back... ugh.

So I won't be able to post pics of the puggies. So we changed Chug's name to Hef. Short for Hefner... he is such a crazy old man... and he so looks like he needs a smoking jacket. Plus he does the unimentionable to Winston so much... he just a dirty old man. But the name so fits him and it seemed by the end of the night last night he was starting to come when called with it. So now I so need to find a Playboy bunny collar for him. All I have seen so far is pink frilly ones... so my search continues.

So yeah my laptop died. A friend of mine is taking it home tonight to look at it. ugh I hope it's not a virus!

Chug's first tubby... man he was just filthy....
This was after his bath, I turned around when I was giving Winston his and this is what I saw...
See how close they are in size?? Winton is the one with the blue color... He is tad bigger.

So the story of Chug, I was on a rescue site, like I am almost every single day, and I saw black, male pug, 10 years old. So I emailed, inquirying about him and found out he was going to be at Petco today near us. So on our way back from roller skating I asked Andy if we could stop. Of course he said we can look, but were not getting him. hahahaha He fell in love with him as much as I did. His back story, and this makes me so sad... the couple who had him for 10 years, had a 8 week old baby. Chug jumped on their couch and layed next to the child. Didn't hurt the baby just pugged... you know layed next to it. She freaked, said she didn't want him anymore and sent him away to a rescue. I am sorry but the last dog that you need to worry about hurting a child is a pug. He was so not taken care of... his nails are a mess, the top of his nose is the worse I have ever seen. But he is housebroken, however he did have an accident in the kitchen. (could be nerves) He is already neutered also. He is having so much fun playing with toys and getting treats. He is positive for heartworm however. So I will be getting him into the vet asap. For being a 10 year old, he sure plays a ton. I can't wait to see the kids faces when they see him next weekend. Now time to go play with my 2 sons... Winston and Chug. OHHH his name before the rescue was Steve, the rescue named him Chug. We are going to keep it Chug we think. It fits him.

Here I am at work... yes I wait until I get there to eat. I work at a good size Mental Health clinic and I do all the insurance verifications, updates and referrals.
Here is the view I see everyday from my office.
This was taken when it was snowing... that is why it was so blurry looking I am assuming.
And here I am on my way home from work.
I didn't take pics really at work, I have a lot of PHI (personal health info) all over my desk and I wouldn't want any of that getting out. But it was a very good day at work. Besides the fact that it's Packer/Viking game week/weekend... That is why I had on my Favre jersey. Andy calls it "hate week" in our house. He is a die hard ViQueen fan and me, my Packers. Yes I grew up in MN but my dad raised us Packer fans. Even took us out to Green Bay when me and my sis were 17/18 and my brother 7. Anyway... Also yesterday I rec'd an email from my lawyer with all the paperwork. I had to print it off, find a notary and get it over-night'd to her. Thank goodness our HR/Lawyer/Payroll/he does it all for us/owners son-in-law... is a Notary Public. LOL he is a great guy. So I got that signed and ran to the post office to send it out.
I know I didn't take any pics last night... I should have but we didn't do anything but watch tv. We started watching SAW III... OMG STUPID... I really liked the first 2, all the mind bending but the 3rd one, we shut off... way to much gore. You can totally tell it's a new director. We then ended up waiting until 9p and bought "Knocked Up" off of pay per view. OMG That movie is good. We both really enjoyed it.
Well off to play on here and get ready for DAY II of picture day. Today should be more fun and adventureous. We are going ROLLER SKATING!!!! HAHAHAHA I will tell you more about that later!

8 Days and counting...

Let me start out and say I love wine... I still have a lot to learn about wine but one of my absolute favorites is Door County, from... duh (jk) Door County, Wisconsin. For my fellow bloggers that aren't familiar Door County is far Eastern side where the thumb of Wisconsin is. Any who... Sorry these pics are blurry... I have't even drank a full glass! hahaha The DC wine is Cranberry Wine, it's a semi-sweet red wine. I am not a fan of dry wines at all. I like the sweeter wines with a bite.
This one is from Goose Lake farm and winery which is located in my hometown of Elk River, MN. It's Harvest Blend. It has 22% grape wine, 20% cranberry wine, 10% plum wine, 23% pear wine and 25% apple wine. I have never had it before and I know I won't be opening tonight! :) Maybe NEXT Wednesday.
Here is my glass all ready to be drank.... ahhh heaven. So what is with the 8 days you ask?? Well A week from tomorrow at 2:30p my divorce should HOPEFULLY be done. I say hopefully cause who knows what he may try to fight about. I found out this evening my parents are going to help me pay for the rest of my attorney. This stupid divorce has cost me nearly $3800 and there is NOTHING to fight over. UGH I can't imagine if we had kids!!! But if I wouldn't have come up with the remaining $1800 that I have left my lawyer wouldn't have shown up at court.
No worries I will keep you updated on what is going on... I will be the happiest person in the world. The only thing I wish I could get is my other pug Daisy that he has. We had to split them up and omg I miss her. I think Winnie misses his sister too.

Lily being silly before The Bee movie..

I have a couple pics of Saturday, but that evening was a total bust. First GO SEE BEE MOVIE!!!
It's soooo super cute! We ended up extra lucky cause the movie theater was having issues and it started 20 min late. They gave us all free movie passes for next time! yeah! Plus Andy had a coupon for free large pocorn and 2 large pops that he won playing Texas Hold 'Em there. This isn't your ordinary movie theater. It has an Imax theater and a bar area. He would go on Tuesdays and play there. Well he won a few dvd movies and the free pop and popcorn... gotta love it!!! Well then we went to Target and Lily wasn't feeling to hot. We decided we better stay home with her to make sure she wasn't coming down with something. I gave her some medicine and we just vegged out.
Yesterday I was up super early due to the time change. Andy made a HUGE breakfast of sausage and pancakes. I took a cat nap in the morning and then went to Cousin Carrie's for her Mary Kay party. Yeah I love that stuff... have been getting so much lately.
We ended up having the kids last night also since they didn't have school today. Andy ended up taking them home this afternoon.
Other than that... nothing going on. I have school tonight and a test in math. NOT looking forward to that one since I didn't study at all this weekend. UGH.

Yes it's almost 6am on a Saturday and I am awake. I have my english class at 9am and I have homework to do. This is my every other Saturday class. I missed it two weeks ago since I was so sick. What started as a sinus infection turned into broncitis. I am much better now but still have a cough once in a while. UGH I will be so happy when it's done. (the cough, not school) I love school. If I could be a full time student and not work I would be so happy. But at this age, with the bills I have not happening.
We have a very busy weekend this week. When I am done with school today we are going to see the Bee movie with the kids. It's the one that Jerry Seinfeld wrote and is the main Bee. It looks super cute. Then tonight we have a very informal wedding to go to. It's my friend Diane's 2nd wedding and it's mega casual. I have known her since we were in kindergarten. Then tomorrow I have a Mary Kay party at my cousin Carrie's house.

I am thinking everyone goes to the newer developments. Jen and Wayne came over with Bradyn and he was our last trick or treater. I of course bought him "extra" stuff for halloween being he can't eat all that candy. I wish I would have taken pictures of the outside with the pumpkins and the decorations. Oh well... Now it's on the Christmauka and all the decorating for that!

Tuesdays are kind of boring in my life... as you tell I am posting what one of our drug reps brought in for lunch! hahahaha We generally get lunch brought in almost everyday from someone. Alot of Chipolte that's for sure. Today is Chicken and Wild/white rice with biscuits... very good.

I had school last night. I had taken my 2nd test 2 weeks ago. I missed last week due to bronchitis. But I got my results back and I had an 81! My first test I got like a 96. This is a very basic math class. I haven't had math in 20 years and I tried taking an algebra class last semester and I dropped it mid term. So I decided to start at the beginning and let me tell you, I so wish I would have done that in January.

I have a ton of homework to do this week for my Saturday class. Hopefully I will get more pics of Winston up - loaded. Am slowly learning how to play on here. Not sure how to add to my blog roll. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So we went to my friend Carmen's house for her halloween party. Poor Andy was exhausted since he has worked 2 12 hours days Fri and Sat. He is working today also. I knew we probably wouldn't be there to late with Andy having to be up so early so I kept my glass full all night. We did leave around 10:30p or so. I wasn't feeling to good on the way home but no worries I didn't get sick. I am getting way to old to be drinking like I used to that's for sure. I guess that's part of growing up... ugh.

I put a roast in the crock pot and have to run and get taters and carrots. It's a perfect crock pot kind of day. It's only like 27 degrees out right now. Grass was all frosty when I took Winston out. He didn't like getting his toesy's cold that for sure.

So Winnie Wu and I will be just hanging out at home all day... chillin'. Watching movies and catching up on my tivo shows. Plus I get to watch NASCAR today! yeah!!!!

I love blogs... I have had a couple before and I used to have 3 whole posts on this one. But as I was reading them I realized how sad my life was last year! ha So I deleted them. I love reading all the puggie blogs out there and I look at how creative everyone is and dang I WANT THAT. I want to get to know the people I read about on a personal level. Talk pug talk, life and everything else. I am going to try to learn how to change and add photos this time, make it so everyone that is in our lives will know what we are up to. Andrew and I have myspace accounts that we are pretty much getting sick of. So we have decided to delete them. As soon as I transfer all my photos into my computer I will delete it.

I have been seperated from my 2nd (yes 2nd) husband since Feb 2006. He keeps stalling the divorce but am hoping at our court date on Nov 14th it will be final. I had moved home with my parents April 2006 and I will tell you, it was the greatest time of my life. My parents are wonderful. I lived at home until this October and I moved in with Andrew. Andrew and I met January 2007 on myspace. I tell ya, we so wish we would have met like 8 years ago. We wouldn't be going through the messes that we are now. We are so alike and so understand each other. It's fantabolous.

Andrew has 2 kids who I just adore. L is 7 an H is 11. We have them every other weekend. The only child I have is Winston Chu, who this blog is named for. He is an adorable 4 year old black puggie. Hopefully in the next year we will add to our family a little girl puggie.
